What to do when you receive preselection notice
To complete your acceptance please follow the following steps:
Mutawalli Form Process
- Download the Mutawalli Form.
- Sign the upper part of the Mutawalli Form.
- Have the Mutawalli Form signed by the President/Mutawalli/Imaam of a Masjid known to you.
- Once the Mutawalli Form is duly signed and stamped, upload the said form.
Payment Process
- Transfer to ICC Account the sum of Rs 90,000 representing an advance deposit due for Mina Services, Tanazzul and Qurbani relating to Hajj 2026.
- ICC Bank Account details: SBM Acct No 62030100169801.
- Upload details and proof of payment.
- This exercise should be completed within the prescribed date.
Operator Selection
- Select Operator and Package
- Download Operator selection form.
- Sign the form jointly with the Operator after agreeing with all the terms and conditions (in two copies). Operator to stamp the forms.
- Upload the signed and stamped operator selection form.
Important Notice
Failure to complete the above by the prescribed date will lead to a cancellation of the pre-selection.
